Work Experience

2024 – now

Sunstar – Swiss Hotel Collection​

I am currently working in the hospitality and service industry for a Swiss hotel group. At Sunstar Hotels Management AG I work on graphic and web design projects, as well as desktop publishing for all seven properties and the Corporation. Additionally, I manage and further develop the corporate identities. Alongside my daily business, I also work on content for campaigns both offline and online.

December 2025 – now

For a startup business project, I am currently working on developing a corporate design and corporate identity concept, as well as a social media rollout.

Working again on a confidential project for smart-me AG.

2023 – 2024

Mom & Freelancer

At the end of 2022, I stepped into a new role — motherhood. Following my maternity leave, I spent a year working as a freelancer, bringing ideas to life across graphic, product, motion, and UX/UI design.

2020 – 2023

smart-me AG​

I worked fulltime as Lead Designer for smart-me AG. focusing on product, graphic, and UX/UI design. In this role, I was responsible for both physical product design and all aspects of digital design. I collaborated closely with the Marketing and Development departments. My key achievements include designing the electric charging station Pico, establishing a Corporate Identity System, and redesigning the company’s software.

2019 – 2020

BIGGER PICTURE GmbH

For the company BIGGER PICTURE GmbH. I worked on explainer films and motion graphics for clients including Swissgrid, Energie 360°, SHISEIDO and Bank Cler. During this time, I gained extensive experience in filmmaking, motion design, and sound design. Additionally, I was responsible for designing the main motif for Digitaltag 2020, where I applied generative design techniques.

2017 – 2019

On AG

I started as an intern and progressed to the position of Apparel Developer at On AG in Zurich. In this role, I worked on clothing items and was responsible for trim design and accessory development. I actively participated in product life cycles, guiding processes from ideation and digital design to product testing, sampling, production, and market launch. During this time, I further pursued my passion for digital design.

2026 – now

AI course: production

While working at Sunstar, I was given the opportunity to dive into AI trends, superprompting, AI video and photo creation, educational course development, and company-based chat systems (libraries) for the hospitality industry. I also took part in a course on AI practices and was coached by AIdvisors GmbH.

2023 – 2024

UX | UI course and AI experiments

During my maternity leave, I furthered my education in UX/UI design by completing the Google UX/UI Design Certificate, which consisted of seven comprehensive modules.

2014 – 2017

Bachelor industrial design at FHNW applied science

During my studies, I acquired knowledge in various areas of industrial design. The program consisted of theory and practical experience. My thesis was divided into two parts. The first part was a theoretical study on “Optimization of visibility and communication for the fire department” . In the second part, as a team, we developed an AR visual fire helmet named senco.

2013 – 2014

Swiss federal Vocational Baccalaureate

After completing my apprenticeship, I obtained the design-oriented vocational baccalaureate at SfG Basel.

2008 – 2012

Polydesignerin 3D*

I completed a four-year apprenticeship as a Polydesigner in 3D* in Basel. During that period, I had the opportunity to work on various projects, including stage design for Theater Basel, expo and event design for Messemanufaktur Hasslinger in Zürich, painting for Marcel Fischer AG in Allschwil, and display and event design for Ausbildungsverbund Gestaltung Basel.

2007 – 2008

Precourse Design SfG

My journey to becoming a designer started when I attended the Precourse for Design and Art in Basel.
